You’ll be lovingly mentored, rigorously trained, and rooted in daily prayer so that leadership becomes less about your ambition and more about holy responsibility. You’ll step into immersive, hands-on formation, and cultivate a simple, sustainable rhythm of prayer - learning to live your faith in public because you’ve met with God in private.

The result? You’ll grow into a holy, hungry and humble leader who will serve others for decades to come.

If your heart is burning, this is for you.
